Artist Dan Barash and Artspace volunteers work with kids to create original puppets while their parents are exploring the Alternative Space.

An artist is touring the country with a portable typewriter and a mission: to help citizens give the government a piece of their minds. Oring takes dictation from passers-by and sends their words to the President. Let your voice be heard! www.iwishtosay.org

The Devil’s Gear Bike Shop / Peter Chapman Training Building, 433 Chapel St
A costume party to celebrate Open Studios, Halloween, and the upcoming Artspace exhibition, “Enchantment.” Live music and dj’s and refreshments. Open to all artists and art enthusiasts. $5 suggested donation. Free if arriving with the Critical Mass bike ride. The ride departs from the New Haven Green fountain at 5:30pm in full Halloween costumes!
